摘要 PURPOSE: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate is provided to minimize contact resistance at the contact portion and improve profile of a connection element for connecting signal wires, thereby improving the reliability of the contact portion of signal wires by forming contact holes for exposing the signal wires in a petal configuration or a convex-concave shape. CONSTITUTION: A display cell array circuit part is formed on an insulating substrate, wherein the display cell array part has a plurality of gate lines, data lines, TFTs, and pixel electrodes. A data driving circuit part transmits data signals to the data lines and a gate driving circuit part transmits gate signals to the gate lines. A plurality of signal lines are formed on the insulating substrate, wherein the signal lines transmit power voltage or timing signals to the gate driving circuit part from outside. Each of the signal lines includes the first and the second wires(120S,170S) formed at different layers. Contact holes(182S,187S) respectively expose the first and the second wires, and a connection element(190S) connects the first and the second wires through the contact holes. Herein, each of the contact holes has a petal configuration or a convex-concave shape.
