<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fired product being capable of exhibiting high strength while realizing the recycling and detoxification of wastes. <P>SOLUTION: The fired product is produced by a production method comprising a kneading step of mixing and kneading a raw material containing clay and wastes, an aging step of aging the product of kneading after the kneading step, a molding step of molding the product of aging after the aging step, a drying step of drying the molding after the molding step, and a firing step of firing the dried molding after the drying step. The wastes used are dioxin-free incineration ashes. The aging step is performed for at shortest 7 days in an oxidizing atmosphere. It is desirable from the viewpoint of waste recycling that the raw material contains at least 40 % (on the basis of a dry weight) wastes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
