<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load of a compressor by increasing cold recovered to a liquid refrigerant. <P>SOLUTION: In the air conditioner having a refrigeration cycle, at least a part of a pipe of the liquid refrigerant for sending out from an outdoor heat exchanger is formed either of an outer pipe or an inner pipe for structuring a double pipe and is structured so that drain water generated in an indoor heat exchanger flows into the other pipe. Thus, heat transfer from the drain water to the liquid refrigerant can be done via whole the surface of the double pipe and cold recovered in the liquid refrigerant can be increased.
