<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which displays information concerning a laminated electronic part without affecting wiring conductors built in a laminate. <P>SOLUTION: Four predetermined display positions 14 to 17 are provided on the first main surface 4 of the laminate 2, a displaying viahole conductor 18 is provided to special ones selected out of the display positions 14 to 17 respectively, and information on the laminated electronic part can be recognized by the position and number of the displaying viahole conductors 18. The displaying viahole conductor 18 is provided in the state wherein it is exposed on the first main surface 4 of the laminate 4 so as not to reach a second main surface 5 and not to be electrically connected to the wiring conductors built in the laminate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
