PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill collection method and system and a bill collection sheet alleviating the burden of a person in charge of bill collection and allowing the person to collect bills with efficiency.

SOLUTION: A collection management computer 21 prints the bill collection sheet 50 based on collection data stored in a collection data storage part 22. The bill collection sheet 50 comprises a contact slip, a payment sheet, and a receipt. When collecting a bill from a customer, the person in charge of collection presents the receipt of the bill collection sheet 50 to the customer and transfers the collected bill using the payment sheet from a convenience store SH. A POS terminal 30 in the convenience store SH obtains via a bar code reader 30a information on the slip number of collection data displayed on a payment slip as bar codes, and sends the information to the collection management computer 21 via a POS terminal management computer 31.
