PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a vibration damper, improving production efficiency at a low cost. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises process of: charging a small diametral ring 12, a large diametral ring 20 and an intermediate ring 18 into a molding die; a first rubber member filling process , charging an un-vulcanized low loss rubber 14 between the small diametral ring 12 and the intermediate ring 18 after the member charging process; a second rubber member filling process filling an un-vulcanized high loss rubber 16 between the large diametral ring 20 and the intermediate ring 18 after the member chaging process, and a vulcanizing process vulcanizing the low loss rubber 14 and high loss rubber 16after finishing the first and second rubber member filling processes.
