PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic brush, capable of preventing dirt and abrasion of a brush, by shielding the brush from being exposed to the outside. SOLUTION: This cosmetic brush includes an inner handle 11 for forming a locking claw 11a around one side end part connected with the brush 12, forming a first stopper projection 11b on one side of the locking claw 11a, and forming a second stopper projection 11c around the other side end part, a sliding handle 15 for forming a locking piece 15a on an inner peripheral surface of the one side end part, so as to be fixed to the locking claw 11a, and an outer handle 14 for projectingly forming a movement blocking piece 14a on the inner peripheral surface of the one side end part, so as to block the movement of the locking claw 11a.
