PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for transmitting structured data by which a part or the whole of fragments of structured data can actively be acquired/integrated if need on a reception side. SOLUTION: A plurality of pieces of fragment data and fragment constitution information corresponding to respective pieces of fragment data, which are information for integrating the respective pieces of fragment data on the reception side and for creating structured data having a tree structure are received. Fragment constitution information includes reference information having identification information identifying the corresponding fragment data from the respective pieces of fragment data and position information related to a connection position in created structured data of the corresponding fragment data. The received fragment data are integrated to create structured data based on the position information and the reference information included in the received fragment constitution information.
