PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and its control method, capable of preventing a snooze operation from being erroneously canceled and eliminating restrictions imposed on a layout design and on a decorative design. SOLUTION: Even if any of operation switches other than a snooze button 22 is erroneously operated while a CD (compact disk) reproduction unit 36 is executing CD reproducing operation after the arrival of time set on a timer, none of operations associated with the operation switches other than the snooze button 22 is executed, and the snooze operation is executed without trouble.
