PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray height adjusting device of a door pocket which is excellent in appearance, compact in size and simple in structure. SOLUTION: In the tray height adjusting device 10 of the door pocket, holding units 16b and 17b movable between the engaging position for engagement with receiving parts 12c1-12c3, 13b1-13b3 formed on an inner surface of a door pocket 11 and the disengaging position for disengagement therefrom are provided on an outer peripheral surface of a tray 14. The tray height adjusting device comprises gear parts 16a and 17a respectively connected to the holding units 16b and 17b, a pinion gear 18 engaged to move the gear parts 16a and 17a in the direction opposite to each other, an operation unit 19 to turn the pinion gear 18, and a torsion spring 20 engaged with the operation unit 19 so that the holding units 16b and 17b are pushed in the direction of the engaging position. The operation unit 19 is turned against the urging force of the torsion spring 20, and the holding units 16b and 17b are pushed to the disengaging position to adjust the height of the tray 14.
