PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of high reliability which is high in transmittance and adhesion and does not exhibit a deterioration in barrier properties with the passage of time and to provide a display medium using the laminate. SOLUTION: An inorganic oxide layer and a (meth)acrylic resin layer containing a (meth)acrylic compound having at least three hydroxyl groups in a molecule and a (meth)acrylic compound having an alkoxyl group in a molecule are laminated at least on a substrate such as a plastic film.
