The invention relates to a method for sterilising products, especially found products and the raw materials, auxiliary products and semi-finished products thereof, in additions to raw materials, adjuvants and Intermediaries for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. The invention thus enables the surface of products, especially natural dry products, to be sterilised and disinfected in an homogeneous and reproducible manner without causing any unwanted change in the sensory, physiological and chemical product properties.
