The present invention relates to a system that routes communication channels from different domains. Said system opens multiple parallel communication channels to phones and computers. The present invention relates also to processes for the use of said system. Said system comprises at least one communication port, one control port, a switching matrix that connects one fixed point device and one computing device comprising appropriate software which software works as a background task on the computing machine which machine enables opening, routing and modifying multiple type data streams while delivering enhanced capabilities to the devices that are communicating with it.
