PURPOSE: A separable bit steel pipe grouting device of a bore and a steel pipe grouting method thereby are provided to reinforce the ground by connecting the steel pipe shoe to the end of the steel pipe without assembling the boring bit with the steel pipe and restricting driving force from being transmitted to the steel pipe, and to improve working efficiency by boring the ground and inserting the steel pipe at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A separable bit boring steel pipe grouting device is composed of a steel pipe(10) injecting grout with plural injection ports and having a strainer mounted around the injection port, a steel pipe shoe(20) connected to the end of the steel pipe and formed to be smaller than the end of the steel pipe, a rod(30) having a bit assembling part less than the bore of the steel pipe shoe and a section extension part extended from the bit assembling part and formed to be larger than the bore of the steel pipe shoe, and transmitting power in the steel pipe, and a boring bit(40) having a head part formed to be larger than the bore of the steel pipe shoe, connected to the bit assembling part of the rod and inserted to the steel pipe shoe, and a body extended from the head part and formed to be smaller than the bore of the steel pipe shoe to bore the ground by receiving power.
