PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a door lock striker for a vehicle is provided to facilitate the mounting work of the striker by reducing the moving range of a nut plate and uniformly maintaining the initial position of a weld nut. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure of a door lock striker(2) for a vehicle comprises a reinforcement fixed to the inside of a side outer panel(1) of a vehicle door, and a nut plate(20) movably fixed to the inside of the reinforcement. A weld nut(21) to which the striker is fastened and fixed is mounted to the nut plate. The nut plate is fixed to a plate(30) deforming when predetermined force is given. One end of the plate is fixed to the reinforcement. One end of the plate is fixed to the nut plate through welding and the other end is fixed to the reinforcement through welding.
