PURPOSE: A device for supplying hot water and cold water in a dispenser of a refrigerator according to desire of a consumer is provided to cope with various desires and tastes by supplying instant hot water and cool water. CONSTITUTION: A hot water lever(22) and a cold water lever(24) are installed at a dispenser(20) for receiving water supplied from a water tank(10). A cold and hot water switch valve(30) is installed in the middle of pipes(14,16) supplied to the hot water lever and the cold water lever from the water tank for selectively switching water to the hot water lever and the cold water lever. A sheath heater(40) is installed at the pipe supplying water to the hot water lever from the cold and hot water switch valve.
