<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly weld resin members having a clearance between the resin members without producing excessive distortion, in a comparatively high degree of freedom in product design, while the airtightness between the resin members is kept by an irradiation method of a scanning type laser or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A molding is composed of the resin member permeable to resin welding laser beams and the impermeable resin member which absorbs laser beams to be heated. Part of the surface of the permeable resin member is made a recession, and part of the impermeable resin member is made a projection. The volume of the recession is V, and the engagement volume to the recession of the projection is v. In a shape, a space given by the formula: 0.1V≤v<V is produced during engagement with the recession. The projection and the recession are engaged, and the projection is melted by being irradiated with laser beams from the side of the recession. The projection meets the formula: engagement volume during melting v+Δv≤1.2V, and the recession and the projection are laser-welded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
