<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw driver for an implant screw, which enables a surgical doctor to securely attain known tolerant driving torque. <P>SOLUTION: This screw driver has a slender handle 2 and a bar shape tool attached to the slender handle 2. An elastic hollow spiral 10 is provided as a transmission device for a prescribed torque.
