PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrubbing brush which readily removes a stain and has excellent durability by effectively utilizing melamine foam waste conventionally treated as an industrial waste. SOLUTION: The subject method for producing polyurethane foam in which melamine foam pieces are uniformly dispersed comprises premixing an undiluted solution for polyurethane foaming with melamine foam pieces and then foaming the undiluted solution.
