PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize slimming and weight reduction of a battery pack by improving a structure of a jacket case sealing up a battery assembly while securing safety and robustness of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack 2 is provided in which a case 12 including a frame 12a and one, two or more films 12c of forming a space inside the frame 12a by covering the opening 12b of the frame 12a, and one, two or more battery assemblies 8 housed in the space of the case 12 are included.
