PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully lubricate valve drive rocker arms and a connecting part of an engine valve while preventing the rigidity of the valve drive rocker arm from lowering, in a valve drive system of an internal combustion engine swingably supported with a rocker shaft where the valve drive rocker arms having a valve contact part always connected with a stem of the engine valve energized in the valve closing direction are arranged in a fixed position. SOLUTION: An oil reservoir 57 is formed on an upper surface of a plurality of the rocker arms 25, 26 and 27 which are mutually adjoined containing the valve drive rocker arms 25 and 26. Guide parts 63 and 64 for leading oil overflowing from the oil reservoir 57 to the connecting part side of a stem 18a of the engine valve 18 and the contact parts 25a and 26a are provided on an external surface of the valve drive rocker arms 25 and 26.
