PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the infiltration of oil from an oil discharge hole of a balancer housing without using a special cover member. SOLUTION: The balancer housing 17 of this balancer device 16 disposed to face an oil pan 15 below a crankshaft 20 of an engine E is provided with the oil discharge ports 45c, 46 discharging oil accumulated inside, in association with the rotation of balancer weights 18c, 19c. The oil discharge ports 45c, 46 are covered with baffle plates 47, 48 suppressing the turbulence of an oil surface of oil stored in the oil pan 15. The infiltration of oil into the balancer housing 17 from the oil discharge ports 45c, 46 can thereby be suppressed without providing the special cover for covering the oil discharge ports 45c, 46.
