PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantialize a structure giving no sense of incongruity by preventing occurrence of hunting caused by unnecessary speed changing operation upon rapid fluctuation in transient torque. SOLUTION: Synchronizing cables 20, 20 for synchronizing an oscillation angle of a trunnion supporting a power roller are arranged in passages 59a, 59a. Outer surfaces of each of the synchronizing cables 20, 20 are frictionally engaged to inner faces of each of the passages 59a, 59a. The above problem is solved by gradually performing oscillation displacement of the trunnion to prevent gear ratio from rapidly changing in transient torque upon rapid fluctuation.
