PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser module in which an aligning work for an optical fiber array is remarkably reduced, the manufacturing is easy and the optical fiber array is accurately aligned. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser module 1 comprises: an LD array 2 on which light emitting parts 21 are disposed in parallel to one another with a predetermined space; an optical fiber array 3 on which the end parts of optical fibers 8 are placed with the same space as that of the light emitting parts 21 and the longitudinal direction of the respective optical fibers 8 is so arranged to coincide with the optical axis of the emitting light from the light emitting parts 21; and guide plates 4 each composed of a plate member having a uniform thickness and having a window part 41, of which the one surface 42 is orthogonally arranged to the optical axis of the emitting light from the light emitting parts 21, so that the emitting light from respective light emitting parts 21 is made incident to the optical fibers 8 via the window parts 41 of the guide plates 4.
