PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch control device of a transmission capable of performing smooth turn by preventing the power to a traveling device on the turn side from being disconnected when a machine body makes a slow turn. SOLUTION: The gear ratio is set so that the number of rotation of an intermediate shaft 50 on the final stage side of a slow turn traveling system gets substantially equal to the number of rotation of an intermediate shaft 50 on the final stage side of a straight traveling system. For example, when a machine makes a slow turn to the left, a slow turn clutch 62a and a selection clutch 64L on the turn side are coupled to each other by tilting a multiple steering lever 21, and a side clutch 65L on the turn side is uncoupled after the slow turn clutch 62a is coupled with the selection clutch 64L on the turn side. As the turning operational quantity of the multiple steering lever 21 is increased while the side clutch 65L is uncoupled, the selection clutch 64L on the turn side is slip-controlled, and the intermediate shaft 50 on the final stage side of the slow turn traveling system is decelerated in the normal direction.
