PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid drooping from occurring by placing the inside of a filling nozzle 16 under a negative pressure after the completion of a filling. SOLUTION: This filling valve 1 is equipped with a liquid passage 4 to which a filler liquid is fed, a liquid valve 10 which opens/closes the liquid passage, and a filling nozzle 16 which is provided on the downstream side of the liquid valve. At an upper side of the inner periphery of the filling nozzle, a smaller-diameter sliding member 22 having a bellows 22b is arranged, and on the lower side of the inner periphery, a larger-diameter sliding member 24 having a bellows 24b is arranged. Then, the upper end of the smaller-diameter sliding member and the lower end of the larger-diameter sliding member are respectively fixed to the internal surface of the filling nozzle. At the same time, the lower end of the smaller-diameter sliding member and the upper end of the larger-diameter sliding member are connected. In addition, a sliding piston 20 which vertically moves by an air pressure is connected with the connected section between the lower end of the smaller-diameter sliding member and the upper end of the larger-diameter sliding member. After closing the liquid valve, the sliding piston is raised. The bellows of the larger-diameter sliding member stretches, and the bellows of the smaller-diameter sliding member contracts.
