PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier highly resistive to capacitive load which does not perform oscillation whichever capacitive load is connected, and to provide a signal generator using the amplifier. SOLUTION: The amplifier includes a phase correcting means for alternately performing the phase correction of "advance(zero)" and "delay(pole)" in a characteristic region with gain not less than 0(dB).
