PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bedding apparatus which can keep the environment within a bed at a comfortable temperature. SOLUTION: The bedding apparatus 10 has a main body 11 where a human body lies, a heat absorber 2 for absorbing the heat inside the main body 11 of the device and a temperature controller 5 for controlling the temperature of the heat absorber 2. The main body 11 of the bedding apparatus is made up of a spacer 2a and a surface material wrapping the spacer 2b therein. The heat absorber 2 has an air path in the spacer 2a, an air absorbing part 2b which is formed on the side of the surface material corresponding to the area from the shoulders of the human body to the central part, an air exhaust part 2c formed in the surface material on the side of the feet of the human body and an air fan 2d which makes the air for cooling pass through the air path of the spacer 2a.
