PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a form in which tine holder plates are disposed on the outer peripheral surface of a tine drum or tine boss to attach tillage tines, and which has simple tine holder plate structures but has the problems that need the disposition of many tine holder plates, therefore narrow attaching distances in the axial direction of the tine holder plates, complicate the constitution, facilitate the winding of straw refuses and grasses, and make it difficult to attach or detach the tillage tines, when a plurality of the tillage tines are disposed over the axial direction to enlarge of the tillage width. SOLUTION: The constitution of the holder for attaching the rotary tillage tines is characterized in that the holder 1 comprises an inclined edge 4 integrally attached to the outer periphery of a tine boss 3 fit and attached to the a tillage shaft 2 and inclined in the axial direction, and attached pieces 5 orthogonally projected from the axial direction side ends of the inclined edge 4 to the outside of the tine boss 3.
