PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-dielectric constant epoxy resin composition having excellent electrical characteristics such as dielectric dissipation factor and further solving problems that the viscosity of the epoxy composition is raised to reduce coating properties by adding a large amount of dielectric powder. SOLUTION: The high-dielectric constant epoxy resin composition is composed of 30-70 vol.% of barium titanate powder subjected to a surface treatment with an aluminum coupling agent and 70-30 vol.% of an epoxy resin (containing a curing agent and a curing accelerator). In the high-dielectric constant epoxy resin composition, the aluminum coupling agent is an acetoalkoxyaluminum diisopropylate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
