The ventilator has a main body (1) with a turbine rotor (11) having two air intakes (13), an air passage (12), and an inclined guide surface (120). A casing (2) fastened to the main body partially encloses the rotor, and has several side screen openings (20) opposite to the air intakes. The curved back wall of the casing is located above the end edge of the guide surface. A guide plate (3) on a curved side wall (24) engages with a rear end on the curved back wall. A front cover (4) has several screen outlets (40) and a set of adjusting blades (41) screwed to it. An upper cap (5) acts as closure for the top of the front cover. The rotor has rotor blades (111) and a motor (110).
