摘要 <p>Biochip comprises layers which form thin-film transistors (TFT) for switching and selection. The transistors and electrodes form the DNA cells. One of the electrodes is for probe DNA and target DNA, and is connected as a first electrode (P1). It is connected via a TFT to a first potential (U1). Connections are made through an insulating layer (2) of the organic semiconductor layer (3). Biochip comprises layers which form thin-film transistors (TFT) for switching and selection. The transistors and electrodes form the DNA cells. They include organic semiconductors, transistor electrodes and insulators on an insulating substrate (1). The arrangement of conductors, electrodes and contacts is subjected to electrical potentials. One of the electrodes is for probe DNA and target DNA, and is connected as a first electrode (P1). It is connected via a TFT to a first potential (U1). Connections are made through an insulating layer (2) of the organic semiconductor layer (3). A control electrode of the TFT is connected to a second potential (U2). Other electrodes for the probe- and target DNA, are connected to a contact for a third potential (U3). The thin film transistor comprises a layered sequence: control electrode, insulator, transistor electrodes and semiconductor. The transistor electrodes have electrically-conducting connection with the semiconductor. Further variants of the layer sequence are proposed in accordance with the foregoing principles. Thin film transistors are located at crossing points of the matrix formation. Contacts for the first and second potentials (U1, U2) are connected respectively to row- and column- decoder/multiplexers on the substrate. Layers comprise metal and/or a conductive polymer. The substrate is rigid or flexible. Semiconductor layers comprise an organic polymer, oligomer or non-cross-linked monomer. Insulating layers comprise a polymer.</p>
