DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUSLY DRYING AND CARBONIZING ORGANIC WASTE MATERIAL SUCH AS WASTE, GARBAGE, SEWAGE AND SLUDGE

PURPOSE: A continuous organic waste material carbonizing device is provided to recycle carbonized matters as dewatering agent, cover material, fuel, soil conditioner and active carbon by drying, carbonizing and stabilizing waste efficiently in optimally heating and transferring. CONSTITUTION: A continuous organic waste carbonizing device comprises a drying chamber(22a) placed in the upper part of a drying furnace(20) to dry organic waste materials at first temperature, a carbonizing chamber(22b) arranged in the lower part of the drying chamber and separated from the drying chamber by a partition to carbonize organic waste materials first at the second temperature higher than the first temperature, a stabilizing chamber(22c) placed in the lower part of the carbonizing chamber and separated from the carbonizing chamber by a partition to carbonize organic waste materials secondarily at the third temperature higher than the second temperature, and a transfer unit transferring organic waste materials from the drying chamber through the carbonizing chamber to the stabilizing chamber.
