<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure of a cap capable of enhancing the strength of a hinge part, and enhancing durability against repeated opening/closing operations and low-temperature storage. <P>SOLUTION: A cap 10 is formed of an integrated synthetic resin-made molding comprising a cap body part 12, a lid part 14, and a hinge part 16 to connect outer circumferential surfaces of the cap body part 12 and the lid part 14 to each other. The lid part 14 is turnable with respect to the cap body part 12 by the hinge part 16 between a closed condition in which the lid part 14 covers an upper surface of the cap body part 12 and an opened condition in which the lid part 14 exposes the upper surface of the cap body part 12. At least both edge parts 16b of the hinge part 16 are entirely formed of a thin film, and both edge parts 16b of the hinge part 16 are deformed from the shape when the cap is formed to the extended shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
