<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tip for an applicator by which processability during manufacturing can be stabilized and easy manufacturing feasibility can be ensured when the tip for an applicator capable of increasing an amount of discharge is manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises the following processes: an external part working process for working the external shape of a main body 11 of the tip for an applicator to a nearly conical shape; an internal part working process for forming a ball housing 15 with an open apex inside the main body 11 of the tip; a ball encasing process for encasing a ball 10 in the ball housing 15; and an apex deforming process for deforming the apex part 43 of the main body 11 of the tip to the ball 10 side. In addition, the method comprises a periphery milling process for providing a periphery milled part 55 on the outside of the main body 11 of the tip after the external part working process and the periphery milled part 55 is deformed to the ball 10 side in the apex deforming process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
