<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an output of an alarm is continued to be output for a long time till next inputting a power quantity pulse, in the case that it is not input for a long time in a condition that the alarm is generated, in the method of calculating a prediction power quantity based on a pulse input period. <P>SOLUTION: A time retroactive from the point of present time to the point before the point of prescribed time serves as a pulse integrating period. In this pulse integrating period, a power quantity pulse is generated in each predetermined power quantity, based on a number of the power quantity pulses. Thus, a prediction power demand value is calculated by a plurality of times within a demand time limit in a demand supervisory system, in the case that this time value of use of the power quantity based on a number of the power quantity pulses in the pulse integrating period is smaller than the preceding time value, by making the time from the point of time retroactive from the point of prescribed time to the point before the prescribed time to the point of present time serve as the pulse integrating period, the pulse integrating period is increased longer by a prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
