PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a means for automatically predicting a number of simulation times necessary for accurately acquire a probability distribution of a desired parameter.

SOLUTION: This system for planning a plan comprises a plan planning device for planning a production plan by a simulation using a production line model and obtaining a prediction result of a desired production parameter among production parameters in the production plan; and an external device for providing information necessary for execution of the simulation and information including prediction accuracyεand obtaining a simulation result of the desired production parameter obtained as the prediction result.
