<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal bracket for installations on roof which can be fitted on roofs subsequent to their construction, has wide installation and adjustment ranges for installations to be mounted on roofs, and of which a plurality of fixing bolts positioned in the ridge-eaves direction have a constant height to ensure the durability of strength of the bracket. <P>SOLUTION: In this metal bracket A on roofs, pressure metal fittings a are rotatably combined with base metal fittings b, which are rotatably combined with a rotary body d. A sliding body c with a protruding bolt 11 is built in the pressure metal fittings a. First and second inserts b6 and b8 of the base metal fittings b are inserted beneath the eaves-side ends of upper and lower roof tiles respectively. These eaves-side tile ends are pressed down with pressure parts a4 of the pressure metal fittings a via pressed pieces b2 of the base metal fittings b, and then the rotary body d is pressed down to pressure the eaves-side end of the upper roof tile, thus to install the metal bracket on a roof.
