PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve acting as a check valve even if fixed in any direction and usable without any trouble even if a fluid used in in it is hydrogen. SOLUTION: This check valve is so formed that either of valve seats 2 and 2' and valve elements 1 and 1' allowing the fluid to flow therein are formed of magnets and the others are formed of magnetic substances attracted by the magnets.
