PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil leakage preventing structure for a turbo supercharger for preventing oil from leaking out to a side of a turbine chamber of the turbo supercharger and a compressor chamber when an engine is stopped and under suspension. SOLUTION: In the engine with the turbo supercharger 10 disposed under an engine body 21, an oil communication path 25 communicating an oil gallery provided in the engine body 21 and an oil inlet 18 of the turbo supercharger 10 is closed when the engine is stopped, and a pressure-detection-type check valve 27 is provided to be opened at operation of the engine. The oil is prevented from flowing into the turbo supercharger 10 when the engine is stopped and prevented from leaking out to the side of the turbine chamber 11 of the turbo supercharger 10 and the compressor chamber 12.
