PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid treatment apparatus excellent in molecular weight fraction characteristic that a low-molecular protein such asβ2 microglobulin can be removed well and a useful protein such as albumin can not be removed. SOLUTION: In the body fluid treatment apparatus, a hollow fiber bundle is charged in a container, and its inside is partitioned into a hollow bundle inside space and a space formed between the outside of the hollow fiber and the inner wall of the container. A PVP-UFR gets larger toward a bundle center part 3 from a bundle outer periphery part 1. The sifter coefficient ofβ2 microglobulin of the hollow fiber existing at the hollow fiber bundle center part 3 is≥0.85, and the sifter coefficient of albumin of the hollow fiber is≤0.01.
