PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health promoting goods which can be fitted better to human skin because they are made of a mixture of silicon and germanium in the proportion of 100 wt% to 3-12 wt%, having been molded into prescribed shapes, can be applied to anywhere other than fewer limited areas on the human body, sufficiently produce the far-infrared radiation and negative ions effects, and have better durability. SOLUTION: To produce this health promoting goods, silicon S1 is mixed with germanium S2 in the proportion of 100 wt% to 3-12 wt%, and then the mixture is molded into prescribed shapes S3.
