<p>A gear shift device of a manual transmission for shifting gears by transmitting the operating force of the gear shift operation of a gear shift lever (L) to a synchronous sleeve to selectively operate the synchronous sleeve, comprising a shift arm (53) rotatable according to the shift operation of the gear shift lever (L) and a 1st to 2nd gear shift piece (41) allowed to abut on the shift arm (53) and capable of performing gear shift operation according to the rotation of the shift arm (53). The contact part of the shift arm (53) with the 1st to 2nd gear shift piece (41) is formed to have a deformed cam profile formed by combining, with each other, a plurality of arcs with different radii of curvatures. When the shift arm (53) is rotated according to the gear shift operation, a length between the rotating shaft of the shift arm (53) and the contact part is varied and a lever ratio specifying a distance between the gear shift lever (L) and the contact part is varied.</p> |
