PURPOSE: Provided are prostheses inserted into a portion between vertebras and a surgical operation method for an intervertebral disk, which consequently prevent a relapse and decrease surgical operation time. CONSTITUTION: The prosthesis includes a balloon having an inlet(11) to insert into a disk formed between vertebras, a charge materials(40) contained in the balloon, and a lead valve(10) installed to the inlet for regulating an inflow and an outflow of the charge materials. The operation method includes incising a skin of the relevant region, inserting a Teuroka tube into the incised part so as to fix a position of an operating part, inserting the balloon into the Teuroka tube, and filling the balloon with the materials in an injection(30).
