PURPOSE: An automatic coal airheater system is provided to burn automatically coals for increasing temperature of a vinyl house in winter seasons and to remove automatically coal ashes. CONSTITUTION: An automatic coal airheater system is composed of a combustion chamber(32) disposed at the lower end of a body unit(10); a heat exchanging unit(40) mounted on the upper end of the body unit; a caterpillar unit(30) installed in the combustion chamber; a high-speed airheater(50) for increasing combustion efficiency of the combustion chamber; outer and inner temperature sensing units(62,61) and a heat exchanging unit temperature sensing unit(60) for measuring temperature; a signal processing unit for processing each signal of the outer and inner temperature sensing units and the heat exchanging unit temperature sensing unit; and a main control unit for controlling each unit by receiving the signal converted by the signal processing unit. Coal ashes moving along the caterpillar unit are discharged automatically out of the combustion chamber without manpower and accordingly not piled in the body unit. |
