<p>PURPOSE: A delay circuit is provided to stabilize a constant delay time irrespective of a source voltage. CONSTITUTION: A delay circuit includes a first switch(Qp1), a second switch(Qn1), a third switch(Qni1), a capacitor(C1), and a differential amplifier(12). The first switch is connected between a first power supply(VCC) and a first node and is switched according to an input signal. The second switch includes a current path connected at a first end thereof to the first node and is switched according to the input signal. The third switch is connected between a second end of the current path of the second switch and a second power supply and flows a constant current flow according to a control signal. The capacitor is connected between the first node and the second power supply. The differential amplifier includes a first input end to which a potential of the first node is applied and a second input end to which a potential depending upon the control signal is applied. The differential amplifier compares the potential at the first node with the potential depending upon the control signal and outputs an output signal from an output terminal thereof.</p> |
