PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire for a vehicle is provided to improve the handling performance by enhancing the rigidity of a bead filler in traveling on such a road as an express highway and to improve the riding performance by lowering the rigidity of the bead filler in traveling on an unpaved road. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire for a vehicle comprises a tread(1), a side wall(2), and a bead part(3). A bead core(35) on which plural wires are wound is installed to the bead part. A bead filler(30) is installed to the upper part of the bead core. Conductive powder(4) is included in a rubber composition constituting the bead filler. A power supply device(6) applying an electric current is installed to the conductive powder.
