发明名称 ELEVATOR WITH BI-DIRECTIONAL SPEED GOVERNOR AND EMERGENCY BRAKING DEVICE OPERATED WHEN A GOVERNOR ROPE IS STOPPED BY THE GOVERNOR
摘要 PURPOSE: An elevator is provided to achieve improved safety by braking an elevator car even when the elevator car moves upward at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: An elevator comprises a speed governor(100) and an emergency braking device(200). The speed governor includes a main wheel, a trip member, a pendulum, and a trip lever. The main wheel is arranged on a frame such that the main wheel is rotatable by a center shaft, and has a center with a bi-directional ratchet and a roller rail for connecting the bi-directional ratchet. The trip member is interposed between the main wheel and the frame, and has a top hinge-coupled to the frame and a bottom elastically supported by an elastic pin supported by the frame. The trip member is hinge-rotatable within the elastic range of the elastic pin. The trip member has a trip portion for turning off a secondary over speed switch. The pendulum has a center which is hinge-coupled to an inner surface of the trip member, and an end with a guide roller and the other end with a ratchet to be engaged with the bi-directional ratchet of the main wheel. The trip lever is mounted on the main wheel such that the trip lever opens during rotation of the main wheel so as to turn off a primary over speed switch. The emergency braking device includes a drive brake and a slave brake opposed with each other on a main block; a drive link(240) arranged beneath an elevator car(3) and elastically supported by a spring; a plurality of upper slave links for interconnecting an upper elongated hole of the drive link and an upper portion of the drive brake; and a plurality of lower slave links for interconnecting a lower elongated hole of the drive link and a lower portion of the drive brake.
