EARTH LEAKAGE BREAKER HAVING WITHSTAND VOLTAGE TEST SWITCH

PURPOSE: An earth leakage breaker is provided to easily perform a withstand voltage test, by adding a withstand voltage test switch without changing components or layout. CONSTITUTION: An earth leakage breaker comprises a withstand voltage test switch(21) for turning on/off a feeder circuit arranged between the main circuit and an earth leakage detection circuit of the breaker. An electrode piece(24) with closed contact and an operating member(23a) for turning on/off a contact by moving in accordance with the sliding operation of the cover are arranged in a switch case formed by combining a case(22) and a slidable cover(23). The electrode piece is inserted into a power line of a leakage detection circuit, and a manipulation handle(25) connected to the cover is arranged to face the window of a breaker case.
