PURPOSE: A system for preventing the reproduction of CDMA terminals is provided to efficiently prevent the reproduction of CDMA terminals by executing an internal authentication procedure by using the ESN(Electronic Serial Number) of each CDMA terminal in order to judge whether a CDMA terminal is a reproduced one. CONSTITUTION: A system for preventing the reproduction of CDMA terminals comprises an NV-RAM(Nonvolatile-RAM)(110), an MCP(Multi-Chip Package)(120), and an MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(130). The NV-RAM(110) stores the unique information of a CDMA terminal(100), including the ESN, MIN(Mobile Identification Number), authentication key, and shared secret data of the CDMA terminal(100). The MCP(120) stores the code domain data and ESN of the CDMA terminal(100). The MSM(130) is a main chip to process the communication control of the CDMA terminal(100).
